Golpe de Tierra

Karen Lugo considers herself to be an artist obsessed with rhythm, and she believes that Chicuelo and Israel Varela are too. They are both complete musicians. From flamenco and from jazz, they seek to crossover with other styles of music, other worlds with which to share experiences and knowledge. Right in the middle, we have Karen, a dancer and bailaora, who seeks through movement to go beyond her own limits, which understand dance as the closest thing to freedom and art, an answer to essential questions of life.

Golpe de Tierra brings all three artists together. Each with their own baggage, they will meet in the rhythmic game proposed by flamenco and, from there, walk together towards the limit marked by the rules, with a firm wish to pass beyond it when necessary.
