“La Mirada larga por el camino bailado”. This is the reflection that El Yiyo makes from the emotional experiences he has had on stage, represented in his new show: El Yiyo & su Troupe. A production that for the first time incorporates a dance troupe, and with whom he shapes a concept. Together they represent flamenco, dance or language, which they express together with the artist, taking the scene through an emotional passage of feelings that recall the passage of time through their shows. Maintaining the contemporary feel of Trilogía Flamenca (2015), Flamenco de Sangre (2016) and A Contratiempo (2018), El Yiyo & su Troupe (2020) continues exploring new sounds, surprising costumes and formidable artists who exude passion and artistic sincerity.

El Yiyo is a very young bailaor who offers his personal view of the genre with passion, sensibility and charisma. An expression of fantasy and courage without labels that transcends genres and is fully integrated in contemporary flamenco.
