Vapor Codina + Plaça Bosch i Gimpera

In 1987, the architects Manuel Folguera i Duran and Francesc Renom Romeu designed the Vapor Codina building in Sabadell. An emblematic piece of architecture that was originally a factory for printed textiles and wool spinning, it later began leasing space and energy to other companies as a property investment. It is currently the Municipal Housing Office.
