Cronexiones

This creation, by Ana Pérez and Pol Jiménez, seeks to discover a new form of communication between the audience and the artists, so that together they can create an unrepeatable work of art. And they do this by limiting time, to make it feel like a finite emergency. This means that the experiences are felt more intensely because of their ephemeral nature, and the sensation of collective catharsis is amplified. The experience of the spectators, through the gift that the creators make in each session, becomes a small, unique and unrepeatable work of art, using flamenco as its basis and starting point.

Ana Pérez is a dancer, choreographer and educator. She is also director of the La Tacones flamenco, body and movement studio. Her work also includes habitual collaboration with directors and choreographers such as Oriol Broggi, Joan Ollé, Iban Beltran and Andrés Corchero. Pol Jiménez is a choreographer and dancer, who performs his own shows and regularly collaborates with companies and artists such as La Fura dels Baus and Juan Carlos Lérida.
