Col·lectiu Big Bouncers’ ‘PLATA’ and Sol Picó’s ‘CARRER 024’ will feature as the walkabout shows at Dansa Metropolitana 2025

During the eighth edition of Dansa Metropolitana, two free participatory shows will pop up in the streets of several cities throughout the Barcelona metropolitan area. The first walkabout show in the festival is Col·lectiu Big Bouncers’ PLATA [SILVER], which will use commonly transited areas to highlight the idea of contagion, impact, expansion and the transformation of our perceptions:

• L’Hospitalet: 15 March on Avinguda de la Primavera (in front of the Mercat Municipal de La Florida)
• Terrassa: 16 March in Plaça Vella
• Badalona: 22 March at the Centre Cultural l’Escorxador (triple bill with Cia Laia Santanach and Elelei)
• Cornellà: 23 March in Plaça de l’Església (alongside the presentation of the Vibracions project in the city)

The second walkabout show in this edition is CARRER 024 [STREET 024], the Sol Picó dance company’s reflection on loneliness in today’s society:

• Sabadell: 15 March in Plaça Argub
• Santa Coloma: 23 March in Plaça de la Vila
• Terrassa: 29 March in Plaça Nova
