Cometa

An unexpected visitor lands in the theatre and invites us, through their curiosity and discovery, to look around us with new eyes, with the eyes of a child. Cometa is a galactic adventure to rediscover and marvel at the force of gravity, the possibilities of movement and empathy, with geometry, play and the speed of light, and also with the universe, the imagination and interstellar journeys. And, above all, it is a party to celebrate that we have found one another!

The choreographic work of Roser López Espinosa is based on strong physicality, with a great passion for precision, delicacy, acrobatic elements and detail. Involvement and teamwork go hand in hand in a vital imaginary full of play, refined poetry and a touch of humour. She is a guest choreographer of international companies like Skånes Dansteater (Sweden), Conny Jansen Danst (the Netherlands), Zagreb Dance Company (Croatia) and MiR Company (Germany), and the pedagogical project TanzPakt Voorpormen Tanz An 2021 for creation and touring in the classrooms of Germany. She collaborates with circus companies like Circ Pànic and Compagnie XY (France). Her work has been seen in many countries in Europe and Latin America, and also in Egypt, Canada and Japan.
