FREEBODIES, an intensive training programme founded by Nadine Gerspacher, offers 15 young dancers the opportunity to work with international choreographers and present their creations in professional settings.

A giant mechanical ballerina, five metres tall, presides over the Territori Dansa space. Four times throughout the day, it comes to life and dances for fifteen minutes in a powerful aesthetic statement and an exhibition of mechanical beauty. The Fàbrica de Somnis dance school will participate in the evening session at 7 pm, Balla, Balla de nit, Ballarina [Dance, Dance at Night, Ballerina].

11ONZE by Vero Cendoya celebrates difference through dance, drawing inspiration from the literary universe of J.M. Espinàs and his fight for the inclusion of people with Down syndrome. The piece pays tribute to the author’s simplicity and depth in a vibrant conversation between literature and movement.

Les Hereves [The Female Heirs]
