DANCED TALK: Posem veu al cos

Music, video, photography, words and movement come together to generate a pedagogical performance experience for people of all ages. It is the encounter between the dancers Toni Jodar, Javi Casado and Guille Vidal-Ribas who, through a dynamic accessible discourse, present a show that connects the past with the present transversally and offers tools for understanding and enjoying modern, contemporary and urban dance.

Through audio-visual resources and movement, the show offers a pedagogical performance around the key concepts of modern, contemporary and urban dance.

Explica Dansa is a project for the creation and the training of audiences directed jointly by Beatriu Daniel and Toni Jodar. It offers key interpretative tools to make the knowledge of contemporary languages more accessible, and it invites you to reflect on and discuss dance.

Transmissions is the result of an investigation begun by Guille Vidal-Ribas and Javi Casado, which includes the knowledge acquired over two decades as urban dancers, and it combines it with information taken from a large documentary base and from interviews with pioneering figures and national and international points of reference.
