El ardor

A dazzling piece blending dance, theatre and performance and immersed in a wild, lively sexual dissidence.
El ardor is a discourse that seeks the immortality of outsiders, the dispossessed, the wild and the marginalised. A piece straddling the lines between dance, theatre and performance, where Cortés presents his body as a lit flame and his words as arrows, until he himself becomes the body of ardour.
Alberto Cortés (Málaga, 1983) is a stage director, playwright and performer. His stage career began in 2009, from a bastard, peripheral position as a playwright that has become wilder with time. Since then, he has collaborated with various creators who have inspired the path he has taken and with whom he has created works in various formats and disciplines, focusing on the intangible and people.
