Exhibition curated by Lou Foster

Fruit of the collaboration with the CN D Pantin National Dance Center (France), it is curated by Lou Foster, choreographer and collaborator of Childs. An adapted version is presented in the Market.

The exhibition brings together Childs' graphic work, as well as unique documents from artists with whom he has collaborated. A journey of discovery into the formal invention of dance through a collection of documents showing the development of Lucinda Childs' work at the Judson Dance Theater during the 1960s, as well as her transition from the alternative spaces of New York to work in theaters in the early 1980s.
