Into the hairy

Into the Hairy is the latest creation by Sharon Eyal for S-E-D, a dystopian journey that explores vulnerability and the strength it holds within each of us. A piece that pushes the boundaries of contemporary dance, connecting classical dance with the underground club culture. In Into the Hairy, S-E-D collaborates with Koreless, a London-based artist, producer, and composer, who has created an immersive soundtrack.

S-E-D is a dance company founded by dancer Sharon Eyal and the producer and artistic event curator Gai Behar. Since 2013, they have worked together in France, previously with L-E-V, and have created works for various companies and theatres, including the Paris Opera, the Netherlands Dance Theatre, and the Royal Swedish Ballet, among others. In 2023, Sharon Eyal was named Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture.
