KILL ME

KILL ME is the continuation of LOVE ME (2022) and FUCK ME (2020), three parts of the Recordar para vivir [Remember in Order to Live] project, where multidisciplinary dance meets documentary and performance, and in which Marina Otero sets out to present different versions of works until the day she dies.

Entering the clichéd midlife crisis, Otero began to film everything she did 24 hours a day. After a psychiatric diagnosis, she broke down and decided to summon four dancers with mental disorders and Nijinsky to create a work that would examine the madness of love.

Currently living in Madrid, the director, performer, author and educator Marina Otero, born in Buenos Aires in 1984, has presented her pieces in countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Greece, Poland, Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina and many Latin American countries. Throughout her career, she has received many awards and combined her work with roles coordinating creation workshops and seminars.

This show includes fully nude performers, strobe lights and mentions of suicide.
