A show full of pure dance and sound with acrobatic, exciting motion.
GN|MC’s latest creation is a visual and auditory journey through time, space and the body where patterns of movement and music by Miguel Marín take centre stage. The show is a flowing, infinite space occupied geometrically by a group of performers who, like the musicians, allow themselves to be carried away by the energy and dynamism that unites them. They make up a network with an infinite variety of paths, constantly challenging gravity while at the same time surrendering to it. A poetics of space that stops the tide of time. A wave of pure dance and sound.
GN|MC Guy Nader | Maria Campos have been working together since 2006. Their projects have been presented at various domestic and international festivals and theatres, in countries such as France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Lebanon, India and South Korea, and they have been invited to do creative work for several European companies such as the En-Knap Group in Slovenia and Tanzmainz in Germany. In 2016 they created Fall Seven Times with Tanzmainz, the show that won them the 2017 DER FAUST theatre prize in Germany, and in 2019 they were awarded the City of Barcelona Prize. This work concludes a trilogy that began with the quintet Time Takes The Time Time Takes (2015) and continued with the septet Set Of Sets (2018), which explores the concept of time and the notion of the infinite.
