Natural Order of Things
Inspired by the duality between order and disorder, GN|MC (Guy Nader | Maria Campos) present a choreography that swings between harmony and chaos, play and control. Natural Order of Things explores the complexity of nature, where diverse organisms coexist in a dynamic balance. With movement that reflects the precision and unpredictability of particles, nine dancers bring to life a physical investigation that seeks perfection and constant balance, a hallmark of the company.
GN|MC have been collaborating since 2006 and have carved out a notable international career that includes creations for companies such as Tanzmainz and EnKnapGroup. Recipients of the DER FAUST Award in 2017 and the City of Barcelona Award in 2019, their work has been presented on stages in France, South Korea and Lebanon, among other countries. They were resident artists at the Mercat de les Flors from 2018 to 2022.
