With his pedagogical proposal Pau Aran suggests working on movement based on the compositional factors of dance: energy, form, space and rhythm. His work is in large part inspired by the Jooss-Leeder method. Respecting the different needs and circumstances of the group, Pau uses breathing, repetition, opposing directions, the different qualities of movement and a profound focus on gestural intention to gradually develop greater awareness of what one is learning, tuning our instrument / body through small details that make the difference.
