The Royal Battle

Always experimenting in order to find new ways of creating from dance, the stage and the present time, the choreographic improvisation group Si Los Martes Fueran Viernes [If Tuesdays were Fridays] bases a piece in real time on the theme of the Battle Royale video games, in which all the participants fight against each other. This time, however, they will all form a team to face a single opponent. And everyone will use their own weapons to strengthen the team. The music, the lighting and the performers' bodies are the avatars of a piece that will be born in front of your eyes.
Si Los Martes Fueran Viernes is a space for the creation and production of instantly composed performance pieces, that is to say, a kind of improvisation house that originated in Barcelona in 2018 in order to generate a space and a community around the practice and study of choreographic improvisation.
