Sentimientos Encontrados
Sentimientos encontrados is the encounter between two characters from different cultures and their feelings, both similar and opposing, to understand how they express themselves when faced with the same situation. Through a blend of dance styles such as tango and flamenco, the two protagonists express feelings of love, hate, joy and sadness, moving through the unconsciousness of love, doubts and certainties that they need to shout out to the world and express freely. It speaks of an eternal duality that we have all felt at some point.
Cia. Laura Morales is made up of tango and folklore dancer and choreographer Dabel Zanabria and Spanish dance, flamenco and tango dancer and choreographer Laura Morales. Together, they embark on this new journey as a company with Sentimientos encontrados to fuse tango, the art of flamenco and Argentine folklore into a single creative project.
