Workshop “Processes of group creation: wonders and horrors.”

Enric Ases proposes a workshop open to professionals of the performing arts, with the aim of giving practical tools for approaching group work. A reflection about how to use diversity, contrast and constructive friction effectively and how to situate the ‘I’ with respect to the ‘us’ without it losing its specificity. A work of creation in a transverse, synchronous and multidisciplinary team for which a great deal of attention, generosity and mutual respect will be necessary.
