Projecte Filatures
The Filatures programme, part of Dansa Metropolitana, has been created to establish connections between cities and their industrial past through dance. It is a programme of shows presented in places that are part of the restored industrial past, encouraging a coming together with people of all kinds. A network of creative threads that weave a cultural fabric, linked to a common past of the industrial heritage, in textiles especially.
The Filatures programme also corresponds to the need to support the world of dance at a difficult time, and it moreover ensures that the public can safely discover heritage spaces through small tastes of a choreographer’s proposals.
