BOGUMER (o fills de Lunacharski)
An inclusive dance-theatre show about the search for one’s own identity, the dynamics of power and the methods of mass manipulation, without forgoing humour and poetry, the company’s signs of identity.
This show is the result of Vero Cendoya’s many years of experience in dance with groups with functional diversity. The show takes as the starting point the real trial of God that Anatoli Lunacharski held in 1918. Russia after the triumph of the Communist Revolution is the inspiration for creating a timeless space in which the seven protagonists relate with one another and dance in a setting that sinks beneath their feet, without forgoing humour and poetry, the company’s signs of identity.
Vero Cendoya combines her career as a performer, choreographer and painter. She has worked with Spanish creators like Sol Picó, Àngels Margarit, Peter Mika and Andrés Lima, and with international names such as Inbal Pinto Dance Company (Israel), Hans Werner Klohe, Steptext DA.CO (Germany), Le Boussniere (Switzerland) or Veronika Riz (Italy). In 2008 she created her own company, which is noted for working with artists from different disciplines like theatre, painting, cross-dressing, music, poetry, and even football.
